At The Whiskey Library, we strive for perfection in every pour; however, due to the perishable nature of our spirits and gourmet food items, returns are generally restricted to damaged or incorrect shipments. We are committed to ensuring your collection arrives in pristine condition and will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery if your bottle or food item arrived damaged, leaking, or if the incorrect product was received.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Email high-resolution photographs of the unopened product, the shipping label, and the external packaging to our support team for quality assessment.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our cellar masters will review your claim within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if a return or exchange is required.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once your claim is approved, we will either dispatch a replacement bottle immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
